Over the past few months, I’ve been trying to make my hair longer and came across Vegamour. After reading the reviews, I wanted to start out with something that was easy to add to my routine, so I chose Vegamour GRO Biotin Gummies.
So far in the past, there haven’t been many products that I’ve tried that helped make my hair roots stronger until I came across these strawberry-flavored 100% vegan vitamins.
Disclaimer: This product was gifted to me by Vegamour to test out and now I am writing my review. This is my first ever product review article!
Who is Vegamour for?
It’s for you if you struggle with thinning hair or hair loss and you want to grow it back. If you’re not on a super healthy diet, these would probably be best for you to get the extra nutrients needed for your hair.
But in order for it to work, you also need to be taking care of your hair like shampooing, conditioning and applying the right products for your hair type. When you take care of your hair and get the right nutrients, it encourages faster hair growth.
How does it work?
All you have to do is consume one gummy per day for 30 days and wait to see the progress. It might take a bit to see the results, up to 90 days, with peak effect at 120 days. For me, I didn’t start seeing results until halfway through the month.
- Folic Acid
- Vitamins B-5, 6 and 12
- Vitamin C
- Vitamin D-3
- And more
I got this product at the perfect time. I ran out of shampoo and had to use my mom’s, but the shampoo dried my hair and I noticed it began to start falling out a bit. So I started eating the Vegamour GRO Biotin Gummies.
At first, I didn’t think it was working because I didn’t notice a difference in my hair, but then I remembered it takes a while to see changes when it comes to changing up your hair routine. After about two weeks in, I noticed the effects on the roots of my hair.
My hair was starting to look healthier and shine at the roots! Over the course of the three months, my hair began to get thicker and less damaged from the shampoo I used earlier. If you want to know what shampoo it was, it was from VO5.
After several months, my hair started to grow a bit faster. I normally have dry, fragile hair, but it felt much stronger than before after taking the gummies.

Is it worth it?
I personally would buy it again because, unlike another biotin gummies brand that I tried, Vegamour didn’t break out my skin with cystic acne. But the downside is it didn’t significantly grow my hair like the brand OLLY.
OLLY is not a vegan brand though and it caused my skin to break out in cystic acne around my jawline. My hair looked healthier and was stronger at the roots with Vegamour, while my hair grew faster with OLLY.
If you ever break out with acne, either reduce the amount you consume or try a different product. Vegamour has another trendy hair growth product called GRO Hair Serum.
